Q1: Can I  get samples to check quality before bulk orders?

A1: certainly, as for stocked items, free sample can be offered in 2days. customers share shipping cost together.

For your special requirement, samples will be made about 10days  according to your request. 

Q2: Can I have my own customized designs?

A2: Of course, we can emboss your customized logo on top of compressed towels, and we can do customized package with your design.

Q3: Can I get a discount for a big orders ?

A3: we provide best price based on our MOQ, if quantity reaches to be more than MOQ, we will provide a discount to keep long term business relationship

Q4:How about your payment?

A4: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shippment. T/T, Bank transfer, West Union, others are negotiable.
